With over 30 years of combined experience in the government and business sectors, including 18+ years in project management, Candria brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and heart to every engagement.

Her 26-year career with the State of Washington honed her leadership and project management skills, preparing her to guide others toward meaningful, measurable outcomes.

 

Today, as Principal Owner, Senior Consultant, and Podcast Host at Collaborative Synergy Consulting, Candria continues to expand her impact—supporting mission-driven organizations through consulting, coaching, training, and digital strategy.
