With over 30 years of combined experience in government and business—including 18+ years in project management—she brings depth, clarity, and heart to every engagement. Candria brings cross-sector experience in the public, non-profit, private, and educational arenas, allowing her to connect with diverse audiences and tailor her approach to a wide range of organizational cultures.

 

She thrives on collaboration, believing that when people come together with shared purpose, they create collaborative synergy: a dynamic energy where the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts. Her work is grounded in continuous learning, meaningful connection, and mutual respect.

 

Over the past several years, Candria has become a trusted guide for individuals, leaders, and teams seeking to grow with intention. As a certified Purpose Factor Facilitator, Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors Practitioner, and Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Coach, Speaker, and Trainer, she blends purpose discovery, strengths-based development, and practical leadership tools to help people unlock their potential and lead with clarity and confidence.

 

Candria is passionate about developing individuals, emerging leaders, and teams, actively applying these frameworks to support growth with clarity, confidence, and purpose. She also equips young adults and working professionals with practical skills in project management, agile, strategic planning, business analysis, and personal development.

 

Candria is an adjunct professor at Saint Martin’s University and a Corporate & Continuing Education Instructor at South Puget Sound Community College, where she teaches project management and leadership-related courses.
