As principal owner and founder, I wholeheartedly believe that when two or more people come together to achieve a common goal, we generate collaborative synergy that allows us to build on each other's knowledge and strengths to accomplish more than we could independently. Candria Rauser, PMP
Candria is passionate about learning, facilitating, coaching, consulting, and teaching. She thrives on collaborating with others, leveraging unique strengths to achieve extraordinary results through synergistic partnerships—where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Believing that success is rooted in learning, growth, and building meaningful connections, she is dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential.
A lifelong learner with multiple degrees and certifications, Candria exemplifies a commitment to growth and self-improvement. Her passion for learning, training, coaching, and consulting inspires confidence in those she works with at all levels. In addition to her academic contributions, she has over three decades of combined experience in the government and business sectors—including 18+ years in project management—she has mastered the art of building strong, connected teams that deliver impactful results. Candria's career with the State of Washington spanned 26 years where she honed her project management and leadership skills, preparing her to guide others toward meaningful outcomes. As the Principal Owner, Senior Consultant, Content Creator, and Podcast Host at Collaborative Synergy Consulting, she continues to broaden her expertise and enhance her skills, driving innovation and impact within her field.
She applies tools such as Clifton Strengths, Five Behaviors, and Everything DiSC to design engaging, effective, and impactful team-building events that foster trust, strengthen team dynamics, and inspire positive collaborative energy. She has shared her expertise as an instructor at South Puget Sound Community College, a repeat guest speaker at Evergreen State College and Saint Martin’s University, and a leader of results-focused workshops and training sessions.
